Our repair policy: We establish an authorized spending limit you're comfortable with. Repairs under that amount are handled immediately — anything over requires your approval first. You're always kept in the loop.

We establish a pre-authorized baseline repair limit (e.g. $500) so minor repairs can be resolved immediately without bothering you.
